What to Pack for Bhutan
A practical Bhutan packing list by season, including what you need for temple visits and the Tiger's Nest walk.
Overview
What you should know
Bhutan's weather changes with altitude more than with the calendar. A warm valley afternoon can turn into a cold pass within an hour of driving, so layers matter more than heavy coats.
Pack light. Laundry is easy at most hotels, and the Paro flight has tighter baggage limits than long-haul.
